Barrington Shopping is an essential part of the wider community and plays an important role in assisting our community as it works through the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are and will continue to work with our retail partners as they manage their business through this volatile period. The health and wellbeing of our retailers, staff and customers remains our primary focus as we continue to provide a safe, clean and welcoming community experience.

Update on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

To our Staff, Retailers, Customers and surrounding Community,

On behalf of our entire team at Barrington, I am sending this message to update you directly on our actions to prioritise your safety and wellbeing when you visit our Shopping Centre.

We take our responsibilities seriously to ensure we do what we can to keep our staff and customers safe and take great pride in the cleanliness of our Centre.

We have in recent days updated our cleaning regimes, signage and our sanitising plans including additional hand sanitising options at our entrances.

Like all businesses where gatherings occur, we are working very closely with the Ministry of Health and the local DHB to ensure we are utilising the most up to date preventative measures to ensure your safety.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to seek the advice of the Government agencies and local DHB for the best way to ensure your continued health, safety and wellbeing when visiting Barrington.

Yours Sincerely

Jamie Gaskell
